We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter - Financial Services to join our team. This role focuses on the banking and financial services sectors, and the ideal candidate will have experience managing recruitment teams, driving new business, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquire and develop new business opportunities within the banking and financial services sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, creating tailored recruitment strategies.
• Oversee the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure that recruitment consultants meet targets and KPIs, providing ongoing support.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and expanding client portfolios.
• Stay updated on market trends and roles within the banking and financial services industry.
