· Experience in education or temporary recruitment
· Strong track record of billing and client development
· Confident managing candidate pipelines and placements
· Skilled in building long-term relationships with schools and educators
· Ability to mentor and support junior team members
· Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
· Results-driven with a focus on quality and compliance
· Motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential
· Organised and collaborative mindset and team first approach
