We are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Nursing and Allied Health team to be a 360 consultant handling your own Business Development as well as liaising closely with candidates.

Responsibilities

We are looking for people interested in furthering your career in recruitment. Your role will be a 360 consultant dealing with all stages of a successful recruitment campaign from initial Business Development, speaking with Practice Managers and GP Partners through to sourcing candidates via phone using our database, email and LinkedIn, delivering offers to candidates and keeping in touch once they have started. To succeed in this role you will need to be confident and comfortable speaking with clients and candidates on the phone and being able to communicate effectively. You will join a close knit, experienced team.
