The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in real estate brokerage recruitment and a proven ability to headhunt, attract, and hire top-performing property consultants, team leaders, and sales managers.This is a high-impact recruitment role for someone who understands the Dubai real estate market, has an established network of industry professionals, and knows how to identify and secure high-calibre talent from competing brokerages.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProactively headhunt top-performing real estate agents, senior brokers, team leaders, and sales managers across the Dubai market.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing candidates from competing real estate brokerages.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct outreach to identify and engage talent.
• Build strong relationships with experienced brokers and present compelling career opportunities at Metropolitan Premium Properties.
• Conduct detailed screening interviews to assess candidates’ track records, transaction history, market knowledge, networks, and revenue generation.
• Verify candidate performance through relevant sales figures, listings, transactions, and commission history where available.
• Partner with department heads and sales leadership to understand hiring requirements and deliver against recruitment targets.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial contact through interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, reporting, hiring forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Monitor competitor activity, market movements, and talent availability to identify new hiring opportunities.
• Support the recruitment and expansion of high-performing teams across secondary sales, leasing, and off-plan divisions.

• RequirementsProven experience in real estate brokerage recruitment is essential.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its leading brokerages.
• Demonstrable experience headhunting experienced and top-performing property consultants.
• An established network of real estate professionals within the UAE is highly advantageous.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, candidate engagement, and closing skills.
• Experience recruiting senior brokers, team leaders, or sales managers is preferred.
• Commercially minded, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior management.
