• At least 2 years of recruitment experience managing your own desk and clients
• Driven by success and results-oriented
• Strong relationship management skills
• Ability to self-generate new busines

Responsibilities:

• Self-generate new business
• Build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of a business
• Operate within the Commercial, Industrial, Construction, Engineering, Technology, Transport, Finance, or Pharma sectors (desired but not essential)
• Demonstrate success through results-driven activities
