JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is currently seeking a temp 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating job offers and building relationships with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role, preferably within any recruitment sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for job roles
• Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for successful candidates
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future recruitment needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
