This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build their own desk, develop client relationships from scratch, and consistently make high-quality placements. This is not a role for an account manager or someone new to the industry — we want someone who can hit the ground running, win business, and close deals. You'll be focused on mid to senior-level permanent placements and grow your desk with the full support of your manager. What You’ll Be Doing • Build and grow your own portfolio of clients through proactive business development • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing to placement • Source, screen, and engage mid to senior-level candidates in your chosen market • Negotiate terms of business and placement fees confidently and professionally • Deliver consistently strong billing results in line with performance targets • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment What We're Looking For • A proven track record of consistent billing in an agency recruitment environment • Strong business development and client acquisition skills • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes (permanent placements preferred) • Confidence working with mid to senior-level roles and stakeholders • A self-starter with a commercial mindset and strong sense of accountability What You’ll Get in Return • Uncapped commission structure • Flexibility and autonomy in how you run your desk • Supportive leadership that backs you to succeed • Access to modern recruitment tools and resources • A high-performance, professional team environment where results are rewarded Interested?
