This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Managing Recruitment Consultant or a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to step up. Based in the Cirencester office, you’ll drive the recruitment division’s growth while leveraging an established client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full 360 recruitment, focusing on roles within Sales, Electronics, Engineering, or related Technical/Professional services sectors.
• Building and maintaining client relationships, with an emphasis on business development.
• Developing a strong talent pipeline to meet client needs.
• Leading by example and preparing to take on managerial responsibilities as the business grows.
