JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Recruitment Consultant specializing in ERP and SAP, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing top-tier talent for clients in the IT sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Client Engagement: Find, develop and sustain strong relationships with clients in the ERP and SAP sectors to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and organizational culture. Act as a trusted adviser, offering recruitment solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Talent Acquisition: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, to identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates. Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
• Market Research: Stay informed about trends and developments in the ERP and SAP markets. Provide clients with insights on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
• Candidate Management: Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer. Offer career advice and support, helping them understand the opportunities and challenges within the ERP and SAP fields.
• Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate offers on behalf of candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements. Ensure a smooth transition for candidates from offer acceptance to starting their new roles.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and documentation in our recruitment database, ensuring all candidate interactions and communications are logged. Prepare reports on recruitment metrics and performance for management review.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT sector with a focus on ERP and SAP roles.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, SAP solutions, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
