We are seeking a high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive both business development and delivery across Singapore and Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a KPI-driven environment, enjoys building client relationships, and has a strong track record in agency recruitment. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates Act as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring trends, market intelligence, and talent strategies Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with client requirements Manage offer negotiations and close placements effectively Deliver consistently against revenue and activity targets Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in agency recruitment Proven track record in business development within Singapore and Malaysia markets Strong understanding of professional services, staff augmentation, and statement of work (SOW) models Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate independently Comfortable working in a KPI and target-driven environment Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends What We Offer Clear and fast-track career progression for high performers Opportunity to build and lead a team Dynamic, performance-driven environment with strong earning potential EA Reg.
