What You’ll Do:

• Lead the charge in sourcing exceptional talent across the construction and hospitality sectors using innovative platforms, social media, and industry events.
• Screen CVs and applications to identify the perfect match for diverse roles—from skilled tradespeople to hospitality management legends.
• Conduct engaging interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants, sharing your expertise to help them succeed.
• Keep accurate records in our applicant tracking system and ensure compliance at every step.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, advocating for both clients and candidates at every stage of the process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within construction, hospitality, or driving sectors.
• End-to-end recruitment expertise, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and social media platforms.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with a can-do spirit.
