Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives to optimize key hiring metrics such as turnaround time, win rate, and overall recruitment efficiency. Ensure the team maintains a high standard of hiring, focusing on attracting and securing A players who drive business success. Utilize a data-driven approach to assess recruitment performance, analyze trends, and implement process improvements. Drive continuous process optimization, either by engineering new recruitment frameworks or streamlining existing processes for better efficiency. Foster a results-driven culture, emphasizing accountability, ownership, and high performance. Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends to enhance recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of tenure in the staff augmentation industry or a similar fast-paced hiring environment. Strong leadership and organizational management experience, with a proven ability to lead and scale recruitment teams. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and measure recruitment KPIs effectively. Demonstrated success in hiring A players and building high-performing teams. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Conscientious and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to excellence.
