ABOUT THE TEAM The Recruitment Operations (RecOps) team partners closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring at Tide is efficient, scalable, and data-driven. We own and manage the TA systems ecosystem, design and continuously improve end-to-end recruitment processes, and enable recruiters to do their best work through strong tooling, clear workflows, and meaningful insights. The team works hand-in-hand with TA leaders to build hiring processes, develop reporting and analytics, drive recruiter learning and onboarding, and run key recruitment programs and initiatives. We also collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners including People Operations, People Partnering, Employer Branding, Finance, and Tech, acting as the central operational interface for TA across these forums.
