We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our RPO team and play a key role in shaping the talent strategy for a fast growing fintech company building underlying infrastructure for modern digital banking.

About the roleAs a Recruitment Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to your stakeholders—helping them understand the market, make confident hiring decisions, and secure the talent they need to grow. You’ll own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, bringing a mix of strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and hands‑on delivery.

• Leading end‑to‑end recruitment for volume, specialist, and hard‑to‑fill roles, balancing capability and cultural fit.

• Designing creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse and hard‑to‑find talent pools.
• Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines aligned to future business priorities.
• Championing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience across every touchpoint.
• Contributing to broader talent initiatives, employer branding, and continuous improvement projects.

• Who you areAn experienced recruitment partner with strong experience recruiting volume, retail, customer service and/or lending roles.
• Exposure to the Financial Services sector will be highly regarded.
• Confident working with leaders, with the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust quickly.
• Skilled in developing sourcing strategies and building pipelines in competitive markets.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to connect hiring decisions to broader business goals.
• A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and consultative skills.
• Resilient, agile, and energised by fast‑paced, high‑volume retail banking recruitment.
