Job Description Job Summary The Senior Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Senior Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes and projects (client specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from on boarding through off boarding. The Senior Program Coordinator also provides first level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers. Responsibilities First point of contact for Assignment Managers and suppliers i.e. face of the program. Manage complex, high-volume tasks received through the general mailbox, inclusive of assignment amendments, LOB exceptions, issue troubleshooting and general inquiries. Troubleshoot all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes (cost center changes, extension of contract assignments, terminations, conversions etc.) Timesheet management including mail merges. Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers and other partners via email and Teams calls, potentially on camera. Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed and managers to ensure program data accuracy. Managers to ensure program data accuracy Program projects as assigned Qualifications Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
