Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an experienced Senior Recruitment Resourcer/Account manager, you’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled candidates for our clients. You will also be required to support the consultant with their accounts which will include speaking to clients on a daily basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to make a real impact within a thriving sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles within the construction, trades, and labour industry.
  • Managing job adverts and candidate applications.
  • Contacting clients via email and the phone
  • Conducting telephone interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Coordinating compliance checks, including right-to-work documentation and certifications.
  • Supporting consultants with administrative tasks and database management.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
