Partner with consultants to understand executive search briefs
Conduct market mapping and candidate research using LIR, CRM tools, and networks
Approach and assess high-calibre talent across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, CS, Pre-Sales)
Build and present shortlists of top-tier candidates aligned with client goals
Provide a consistent, high-touch candidate experience throughout the process
Support reporting and documentation to strengthen client delivery
