Job Description This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of high-volume recruitment needs, particularly for construction supervision roles. The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior recruiter with prior exposure to high-volume recruitment in a consultancy environment, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal hiring managers across geographies. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume construction supervision roles across the Middle East region. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging internal recruiting systems, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. Conduct proactive talent mapping and pipeline building to meet current and future hiring needs. Build strong relationships with hiring managers across the Middle East region to ensure seamless communication and recruitment delivery. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational culture. Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process. Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes in collaboration with the Mobilization team. Maintain accurate candidate, hiring manager and recruitment activity records within the ATS to ensure data integrity and reliable reporting. Consistently meet or exceed established recruitment KPI's. Monitor personal performance against recruitment metrics, proactively adjusting strategies to achieve business demand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with Middle East market and recruitment practices.
