• 5–8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Proven experience recruiting junior, professional, managerial, and senior-level positions.
• Strong experience in manufacturing industry recruitment, covering both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, talent mapping, and candidate management.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, and CV databases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet recruitment timelines, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law, recruitment practices, and company policies.
