BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Senior Recruitment Specialist ( Headhunting focus) to join our Country HR Team. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of white-collar professionals across multiple functions in Hungary. Delivers high-quality talent acquisition solutions, ensures recruitment efficiency, and maintains strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Management Execute full-cycle recruitment for white-collar&Blue collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and talent pooling. Cooperate closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, define interview processes, and improve hiring quality. Candidate & Market Management Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and competency assessments. Monitor Hungarian labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent supply dynamics. Maintain talent pipeline and candidate database to support long-term recruitment needs. Process & Reporting Ensure recruitment procedures comply with Hungarian labor laws and company policies. Provide regular recruitment reports: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc. Other HR Support Participate in employer branding activities and campus/online recruitment events. Support other HR projects as assigned. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration or other related majors. / Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Hungary, focusing on white-collar / professional roles. In-depth knowledge of the Hungarian recruitment market, talent channels, and labor regulations. English as a working language (written & verbal). Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proactive, result-oriented, able to work independently under pressure. Nice to have 10+ years of professional recruitment experience in Hungary. Basic to fluent Chinese language skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing). Experience working in international companies / Chinese enterprises in Hungary. Experience in technical, commercial, or management recruitment.
