Named a “Best Place to Work” in Austin, San Francisco & Sydney, BigCommerce is now looking for a London-based Senior Channel Account Manager, expanding our EMEA Regional Agency partnerships team.
The Senior CAM for Agency Partnerships will manage key Digital Agency & SI relationships, driving partner investment, practice development, sales activation and oversight to support joint customer acquisition and successful client engagements. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement and Customer Success orgs to manage partner onboarding and activation efforts, along with related pipeline and go-to-market activities that drive new and expansion growth opportunities to BigCommerce inclusive of all platform and solution offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Personally manage the relationship with key digital agencies and global systems integrators, acting as the GM/Advisor for those partners to unlock full potential and opportunity for partner investment, activation and performance growth
  • Partner with Sales to drive partner engagement, supporting both sourced revenue growth referrals from Partner, as well as joint co-selling efforts that are highly influential with Partner.
  • Lead and collaborate with the BigCommerce Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies (including industry and market-led initiatives) with new and existing partners. Responsibilities include working with and communicating across multiple team functions within BigCommerce and across partner organization.
  • Work with Partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through events, industry and subject-matter content, customer case studies and various other marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the Partners to develop Partner success metrics, including specific KPIs that drive client adoption and revenue growth for both BigCommerce and the partner.
  • Act as a primary point of contact/product owner for solution and partnership, serving as a subject matter expert around how eCommerce platforms fit within overall digital commerce ecosystems.
  • Partner with leadership in cultivating an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement.
