Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a focus on payroll processing
  • Multinational or regional exposure is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of the MOM Regulations and local payroll practices
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proactive, independent, and able to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll compliance
Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned country or region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and assist in internal and external audits or reviews
  • Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive program administration
  • Maintain up-to-date C&B data in HR systems and generate reports for business use
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy development
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits activities comply with statutory regulations and internal governance standards
  • Participate in various compensation and benefits projects and initiatives as required
