Job Description As a Senior Regional HR Advisor, you’ll act as a trusted partner to regional leaders, providing practical and commercially sound HR advice across a wide range of areas. These include employment relations, performance and absence management, talent management, succession planning, engagement, change management and learning and development. This role has a strong focus on employment relations, so we’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about this space - someone who enjoys navigating complex situations and achieving positive, fair outcomes. You’ll also support the wider team of Regional HR Business Partners, contribute to key HR initiatives, and help drive consistency and excellence across the business. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you’ll also work closely with the ER Lead and Delivery Lead, as well as the wider HR team. Your role: Build strong relationships with regional and store leadership, providing hands-on HR support Provide quality end-to-end support with ER processes Ensure consistent delivery of HR processes across your areas Maintain compliance with NZ employment legislation and company policies Lead and participating in HR projects and initiatives Support the delivery of strategies that enhance organisational performance and capability Support the Regional HRBPs in your team with day to day problem solving Qualifications We are looking for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and operates with minimal direction Is skilled at navigating ambiguity, conflict, and complex stakeholder dynamics Builds credibility quickly and positively influences leaders at all levels Brings a continuous improvement mindset and looks for smarter ways of working Is comfortable stepping into live cases and picking things up mid-process without missing a beat Is resilient and adaptable - thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment Is a true team player who rolls up their sleeves, supports others, and contributes to shared success Qualifications/experience: Extensive HR Advisor experience Well-rounded HR background across ER and ideally generalist areas (projects, data/insights, L&D) Solid NZ ER experience and confident, up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation - this is a must Previous high volume complex employment relations advisory experience Exposure to unionised environments is an advantage but not essential Proven ability to run ER processes end-to-end - confidently, independently, and with sound judgement Strong commercial and business acumen Additional Information At TWG, we believe in giving people the opportunity to grow, develop and realise their career ambitions.
