Company Description As Senior Regional Manager, you will hold full operational and commercial responsibility for Continental Europe, acting as a senior representative of TRIGO towards OEMs and Tier 1 customers, particularly in high-pressure and crisis-driven environments. Your role is to lead from the front during supplier escalations, production disruptions, and launch-critical situations, while building sustainable operational capability and customer trust.You will to develop and lead a team across several countries dealing with multiple OEM’s ensuring consitancy of deleivery of the Trigo SD&CM standard methodology. Job Description Full P&L responsibility for the assigned region (Continental Europe) Direct ownership of OEM-facing supplier crisis situations such as plant stoppages, launch risks, and severe quality escalations Acting as senior escalation point and trusted partner for OEM and Tier 1 leadership Implementing and maintaining regional strategy defined by the Steering Group Developing and maintaining a robust regional resource and bench strategy to support rapid deployment across territories Building, maintaining, and leveraging an active OEM and Tier 1 customer network Ensuring operational readiness, discipline, and delivery across all active programs Leading senior-level reviews, governance forums, and steering meetings with clear outcomes Driving commercial growth through strategic account development and pipeline ownership Coaching and developing regional leadership teams to operate consistently at OEM standards Representing TRIGO at executive and senior customer forums as an ambassador of operational excellence International travel as required Qualifications This role requires a proven, senior automotive leader. Mandatory requirements: Extensive and recent leadership experience in OEM or Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environments Proven track record of managing supplier crises and OEM escalations, including production stoppages Demonstrated ability to operate credibly at senior and executive customer levels Active professional network within OEMs and major Tier 1 organizations Strong experience in building, scaling, and managing operational teams and project benches Deep understanding of automotive operational fundamentals: delivery, quality, cost, manufacxturing , supply chain, and speed of response Ability to make fast, high-impact decisions under pressure Technical and Operational Expertise: Strong knowledge of APQP, launch management, and supplier development In-depth understanding of automotive standardsi.e. IATF 16949, AIAG, VDA Solid operational grasp of Quality, Operations, Logistics, and Maintenance Financial acumen with proven P&L ownership and cost control responsibility Strong familiarity with OEM requirements (Stellantis, Ford, VW group,etc) Leadership and Personal Attributes: Senior-level presence with strong professional credibility Structured, concise, and outcome-driven communication style Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments Able to influence without authority and drive alignment across organizations Culturally aware, experienced in multinational environments Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage Education: Degree in Engineering, Quality, or Operations Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage LEAN / Six Sigma certification preferred (Black Belt level advantageous) Additional Information A critical leadership role with real impact on OEM production continuity High visibility with senior leadership and key automotive customers Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives International scope and exposure A results-driven, professional environment where expertise truly matters We welcome applications from experienced professionals based in the Czech Republic ,Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia or within easy commute distance of region as regular site visits will be required.
