In your role as a (Senior) Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for the special effect pigments in the coatings market segment, you will become a key player in our Surface Solutions EMEA Regional Marketing team. The Surface Solutions Business Unit, a mid-sized multinational leader in the pigments industry, is subject to a planned divestment to the company Global New Materials International (GNMI), headquartered in China, as of August 1st 2025. This role will be part of the divestment.
In this role, you will lead regional as well as international marketing initiatives and develop innovative go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing engaging marketing campaigns that utilize physical tools, graphics, layouts, and videos to captivate our audience. You will also organize impactful customer workshops and trade fairs in collaboration with our Sales Team to strengthen relationships and drive engagement. Conducting comprehensive customer segmentation analyses will be essential to uncover valuable insights into preferences and behaviors. Additionally, you will assess the effectiveness of previous campaigns to optimize ROI for future initiatives and provide account managers with actionable insights on market trends, ensuring an exceptional customer experience across both digital and offline platforms.
