This VPS5 role is for a fixed-term period until 30 June 2028 and can be based from any NWVR offices - based in Bendigo, Coburg, Greensborough, Mildura or Swan Hill.
The Senior Regional Pathways Advisor (SRPA) is a key role in the School Improvement Division within each of the Department’s 4 regional offices.
The SRPA is responsible for supporting Careers Education and Pathways practice leadership, leading pathways support functions at the regional level in collaboration with the Youth Pathways and Transitions staff and providing support for multidisciplinary teams at regional and area levels. The role will support the Youth Pathways and Transition Manager in their practice leadership functions and provide operational advice to area teams, schools and other stakeholders as required.
