MAIN PURPOSE The Senior Regional Project Manager is responsible for leading Strategic Project Management, Business Intelligence and Data Analysis, and Regional Project Development in order to increase business productivity and efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Project overview: Maintain an up-to-date view of all key projects across the Region Lead the execution of some strategic & regional initiatives and/or following-up on their implementation Leads and coordinate strategic presentations for Japan (strategic plan, budget presentation, etc.) Project Management Define project scope and objectives and develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with relevant parties (internal/external stakeholders) Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and on budget Ensure a proper coordination & animation of all relevant stakeholders (internal resources,third parties/vendors) and a seamless communication for cross-functional projects Monitor and track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs in an efficient manner Perform risk management to minimize potential risks Business Intelligence and Data Analysis: Drive effective data sharing using dashboards, report templates, and visualization to support Management in making strategic business decisions. Improve cross-functional processes, including various reporting optimization and data harmonization initiatives ensuring business consistency and accuracy. Perform ad hoc analysis and contributing to various strategic initiatives. Regional Project Development: Constantly collaborate with other regions, identify and roll-out best practices from other regions, Leverage existing platforms to identify and track best practices in the Region Develop new projects needed to increase business productivity and efficiency in the region REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/TECHNICAL SKILLS/PERSONAL SKILLS 5+ years of working experience in consulting, and/or project management in complex and multicultural organizations. Proven hands-on experience setting up and optimizing action plan across multiple projects. Detail-oriented and responsive, with good quantitative skills - must be able to analyse data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations. Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritization, in order to meet new or changed goals. Proactive, show good judgment and come with suggestions and ideas. Strong knowledge of how business operate. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
