· SALES MANAGEMENT

  • Support in the development of NORD standards in sales worldwide. Responsibility for monitoring their implementation.
  • Analyses through evaluations and reports in the CRM & SAP systems
  • Monitoring of the pricing policy and monitoring of the margins of the intercompany transactions and the VUs served.
Responsibilities

MAIN TASKS

The employee is responsible for the planning and implementation of coordinated measures. The operative design of the sales strategy, which has been agreed with the sales management, must be independently scheduled, initiated and controlled. The employee has initial experience in sales, as well as in sales processes, especially in subsidiaries.

· DIRECT SALES TASKS

  • Development of foreign NORD companies and direct customers through personal processing and support.
  • Regular visits to subsidiaries or partners in the country areas, especially at sales conferences and trade fairs
  • Support of customers during visits to Bargteheide with the implementation of information events, user program training, factory tours as well as evening and, if necessary, weekend support
  • Direct development and support of international customers that are not covered by industry management or national subsidiaries
  • Support of international customers as well as major customers and coordination of price and delivery conditions as well as the drafting of contracts with these customers in coordination with the KAM department and domestic sales
