We are looking for a suitably qualified, experienced Surveyor with a broad range of skills who can make an immediate impact. Utilising your solid foundation of Building Control experience, you will be a part of a busy team delivering a quality service.
You will receive opportunities to develop yourself and your career within a demanding but flexible working environment.

Responsibilities include:

• undertaking plan assessments and site inspections to a wide range of applications
• negotiating and guiding developers, applicants, and other interested parties
• delivering an excellent, value for money service to our customers
• contributing to the continuous improvement of our service and professional practice

Full membership of a relevant professional body would be advantageous. ideally you will be a Class 2a Registered Building Inspector that is interested in progressing to a higher level of registration for which you will receive full support.
