This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of our new East Hertfordshire branch in Bishops Stortford and work closely with a supportive, forward-thinking Franchise Owner to shape a service to be proud of. Responsibilities
  • Drive the growth of our visiting and live-in care services across Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, Epping and surrounding areas.
  • Lead client consultations, care assessments, care planning and onboarding with a focus on personalised, high-quality care.
  • Handle feedback and complaints constructively, using them as a springboard for continuous improvement.
  • Seek out new business opportunities and actively develop referral networks.
  • Recruit, induct and develop a high-performing care team.
  • Ensure safe, compliant branch operations that meet and exceed CQC requirements.
