Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria’s courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Registry Process Advisor will manage the registry practices and process review program within the ChCV. The program will review current operational process guides, identify opportunities to streamline procedures to improve efficiencies and ensure the consistency of ChCV practices. The role will support the day-to-day implementation of new operational practices and procedures along with assisting in the implementation of new legislative reforms and projects which directly impact registry functions. Duties will include:

  • reviewing and auditing the effectiveness of ChCV registry processes and practices to facilitate continuous improvement
  • develop complex process maps, templates, process guides and other materials as required
  • work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • develop and deliver structured communication plans for registry staff to ensure compliance with practice directions and legislative requirements
  • provide authoritative advice on Court practices, procedures and relevant legislation to the senior management group and judiciary, as applicable
  • ensure a collaborative approach and consultation occurs with subject matter experts, senior manageres and staff in the development of material
