As a Senior Regulatory Adherence Coordinator, you will drive vital analysis that has strategic importance to make that mission a reality. You will use your sharp business skills to assist in creating, controlling, and improving business processes. This position is required to ensure accurate and timely review (14-day turnaround time goal) of Quality Related Events (QRES) for multiple lines of business to complete non-clinical investigations into the quality events reported each day. The individual will be collaborating closely with team members and operations to ensure the QREs are completed within the specified turnaround time goal, while ensuring efficiency and accuracy occur on each QRE. Expectations for the candidate in this role include serving as a subject matter expert in Quality Related Events. The candidate for this role must possess a willingness to learn and keep abreast of the fast-paced changes that occur in the pharmacy world. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills to ensure that the end user of the QRE has a full picture of the event. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 2+ years of experience either in the healthcare industry or in Quality Control and Assurance 1+ years of experience in leading a project, data analysis, or team initiative 1+ years of experience in written communication skills 1+ years of experience with contributing to processing documentation Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Preferred Qualifications: Pharmacy Technician Certification IRIS (or other pharmacy prescription processing) system experience URAC or other accreditations knowledge Understanding of the components of a prescription Telecommuting Requirements: Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.
