[What the role is] The Senior/Regulatory Manager for Enforcement Policy develops enforcement policies, frameworks, and procedures. The incumbent will maintain controlled documentation and provide operational support for enforcement functions. [What you will be working on] Formulate and implement enforcement policies and legislative proposal Present enforcement policy proposals and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders Develop enforcement strategies that improve the authority's enforcement capabilities and effectiveness Conduct research and analysis on enforcement issues to support policy development and operational effectiveness Assist in developing and reviewing enforcement workflows and standard operating procedures Establish and maintain knowledge management systems and documentation processes to preserve institutional knowledge and promote operational consistency Identify gaps in enforcement framework, recommend solutions and plans, and supervise implementation to ensure successful execution of enforcement policies Provide operations support for investigations and enforcement activities [What we are looking for] At least 3 years of relevant experience in enforcement operation and/or enforcement policy development Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to create clear policies and procedures Strong presentation skills for delivering policy proposals and recommendations to senior management Good project management abilities to handle multiple policy initiatives and operational support tasks The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract (with option for automatic renewal for a further one year) in the first instance.
