We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and highly skilled Program Manager to lead regulatory programs, projects, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with partners, understand their goals and objectives, and help navigate conflicts and competing priorities with diplomacy and data-driven insights.

DESCRIPTION

Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and management of complex cross-functional regulatory programs and initiatives (e.g., DMA, EU AI Act), ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and evolving regulatory landscapes. Conduct comprehensive impact assessments on regulatory changes to identify required actions across Business Units and mitigate potential risks Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the development of project plans, business requirements, solution design, testing, cutover, training, and communications. Assess current processes for improvement opportunities and transform broad concepts and business strategies into structured projects. Meet or exceed project milestones (on time, within budget, and scope) through effective resource allocation, issue identification, and risk management. Facilitate transparent communication by keeping stakeholders informed throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring regulatory changes and actions are well understood. Identify, automate, track, and report on project and program metrics for continuous analysis and improvement. Present regularly to leadership on status of Regulatory Program initiatives; escalate, explain, and offer solutions when risks/issues are present. Partner with teams across Apple to drive critical regulatory activities, fostering collaboration across varying priorities and business interests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive experience leading and managing global, complex, end-to-end regulatory programs, both technical and non-technical, spanning across multiple cross-functional teams and business units.
• Direct experience in regulatory and compliance-focused program management, with a deep understanding of industry regulations, risk mitigation, and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to guide,influence, and align cross-functional teams, effectively manage stakeholder expectations, while fostering team collaboration.
