We are looking to grow our ACT team, and an opportunity has become available for a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to help us achieve this goal. You will manage a caseload of your own, provide coaching assistance to your colleagues, and engage with customers continuing to grow Kairros’ presence in ACT. Your key responsibilities will include: Undertaking a range of assessments and case work Building strong relationships with customer and other stakeholders Exploring new opportunities and growth areas Provide coaching and nurturing of your colleagues to continue to drive high performing work and achieve positive outcomes Qualifications What you'll bring to the role Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology Experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation and occupational health and safety legislation A willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory) A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees Strong customer relations skills with a business growth focused mindset An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work Proven written and verbal communication skills Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service to large customers A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time Additional Information What we offer you: At Kairros you will be part of a uniquely trained and experienced team, all our members undergo significant cultural awareness training to support them to support our clients, to achieve equitable recovery for all.
