Senior Rehabilitation Consultant – Rehab Counsellor, Psych or Speech Pathologist

Your Role

Join PHSA as a dedicated Rehabilitation Counsellor, Registered Psychologist or Speech Pathologist and play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our clients. You will have the opportunity to deliver Same Employer Psychological services across a diverse range of schemes, including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care, and CTP. This dynamic role involves conducting initial psychological and workplace assessments, facilitating effective workplace discussions, vocational and rehabilitation counselling (Rehabilitation Counsellors and Psychologists only), and case conferencing with allied health professionals. No vocational assessments or DE case management required.

What You’ll Need

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), full membership with ASORC (Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors) or full membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience within occupation rehabilitation
  • Have a current driver's licence, motor vehicle and the willingness to travel for face-to-face servicing as required
