What you do Promote and solicit new Serial Keyman / other business to achieve KPIs. Manage and grow existing portfolio to achieve KPIs Implement business strategies to cultivate and expand Serial accounts Exercise prudent credit assessment Independently manage the full spectrum of credit process, including preparing credit application report for credit approval, post disbursement credit monitoring, credit review etc. Liaise with various internal / external stakeholders to pitch and close cross sells in various aspects, including Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, Global Markets, etc. Other tasks assigned by supervisor Who you are A degree in business, finance, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in small business banking or a related field Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management, with a strong understanding of financial products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and provide expert advice Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service What we offer: Competitive base salary.
