  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in a bank or financial institution in the UAE.
  • Existing deposit portfolio and the ability to bring clients to the bank.
  • Strong understanding of retail, SME, or wealth banking products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently supporting a prestigious international bank in their search for experienced Relationship Managers to join their growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for high-performing banking professionals with an established deposit portfolio who are ready to contribute to the growth of the bank’s balance sheet.
As a Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be to bring in new-to-bank high-net-worth clients, mobilize deposits, and build long-term client relationships that contribute directly to the bank’s revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquire and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and corporate clients.
  • Mobilize deposits and increase the bank’s liabilities book through client acquisition and portfolio migration.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to offer banking products and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions, reviews, and financial advice.
  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets, aligned with the bank’s growth strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to strengthen the bank’s value proposition.
