    We’re expanding our broker-led commercial lending model and seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Broker to drive growth, deepen relationships, and deliver exceptional results.
    This is more than portfolio management, you’ll work closely with brokers and clients to write, structure, and manage high-quality commercial lending opportunities that meet our credit standards and deliver long-term value. Based in Sydney, you’ll play a key role in a national growth story, combining technical credit expertise with high-touch relationship management. This role offers the potential to grow into senior leadership for someone who delivers success, and prior people leadership experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a high-quality commercial lending portfolio with strong engagement, retention, and proactive credit reviews
  • Write and structure new commercial lending opportunities, supporting the Commercial Broker sales team from origination to approval
  • Prepare compelling credit submissions, ensuring deals meet TPT’s underwriting and return standards
  • Act as a primary relationship contact, guiding clients across the lending lifecycle and broader banking needs
  • Drive operational excellence, ensuring seamless processes from documentation through to settlement and beyond
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Maintain compliance and credit quality, proactively managing portfolio risks
