What you do Solicit new clients / businesses, achieving KPIs. Manage and grow existing portfolio of assigned clients including multinational conglomerates, top tier blue chips, local corporates etc, achieving KPIs Independently manage the full spectrum of credit process, including new transaction pitching, term sheet drafting, price setting, preparing credit application report for credit approval, loan documentation, post disbursement credit monitoring, credit review, account opening, etc. Liaise with various internal / external stakeholders to pitch and close cross sells in various aspects, including Transaction Banking, Sustainable Finance, Capital Markets, Treasury / Financial Market products, partners in different geographical region such as Singapore head office, China, etc. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by team head, including conducting market study, provide market intelligence, provide guidance to junior RMs, etc. Who you are Possess min 8 years of corporate banking experiences in deal origination, multiple product and multiple geography relationship penetration, preferably in the capacity as global relationship manager University degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines, with professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, legal preferred Excellent communication and relationship building skills Sales & customer oriented with solid credit analysis knowledge Good planning and organizing skills Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English Hold ECF-CRM qualifications Proficiency in AI application in everyday work What we offer: Competitive base salary.
