Job Description Job Purpose ICE Data Services presents a unique opportunity for a Senior Relationship Manager (Desktops) to join a team responsible for meeting sales quotas and existing customer revenue retention goals. They will be responsible for growing the suite of ICE Desktop services by working with mainly global Energy and Commodities companies in the APAC region. Responsibilities Responsible for growing revenue on ICE Desktops suite of products within the APAC region (and/or assigned accounts). Accountable for maintaining and expanding the existing APAC revenue base while proactively mitigating risks and preventing revenue erosion. Service as a key coordinator of internal resources to ensure successful execution of client initiatives and effective resolution of client issues. Responsible for growing key client relationships with existing users through platform training, floor walks, as well as becoming the main liaison for major client enquiries Knowledge and Experience Experience working within the financial services or Energy & Commodities industry 5+ years of client relationship experience Bachelor’s degree is required Self-driven, motivated and proactive A client-centric, advisory type mentality (as opposed to purely transactional account management) Business written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in spoken Chinese or Japanese will be an added advantage
