We are currently seeking a highly experienced professional with a successful track record in private banking and an established network of U/HNWI clients to join our team.
In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of HNWI client relationships, focusing on client acquisition, retention, and growth. You will actively expand our client base through referrals and leveraging your personal network. Additionally, you will ensure that each account is diligently serviced and maintained, adhering to our bank’s high standards and policies.

EXPERIENCE & CLIENT PORTFOLIO



    • Over 10 years of proven relationship management experience as a Private Banker within banks or investment management firms, including securities firms.

    • Current portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, each with a minimum size of €1M, totaling over €100M in assets under management.
    • Established a strong, high-quality private banking book, generating consistent income.

    EDUCATION:

    A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Law, Finance, or Business Administration, forms the educational foundation for this role.

    • Client Portfolio Management: Onboard and manage HNW/UHNW clients from your target (Turkey) market. Understanding each client’s financial aspirations, risk appetite, and investment inclinations to deliver tailored solutions and personalized service.
    • Networking and Business Development: Leveraging existing networks and proactively seeking new opportunities to augment our client base and capitalize on market trends. Utilize your existing personal network to acquire new relationships and achieve targets.
    • Customized Solutions: Crafting bespoke financial strategies to address the complex needs of private banking clients.
    • Risk Management and Compliance: Ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory requirements and safeguarding client interests and the bank’s reputation.
    • Client Education and Communication: Providing transparent communication, regular updates, and insightful guidance to empower clients in their wealth management journey.
    • Retention and Loyalty Building: Fostering enduring relationships, exceeding client expectations, and enhancing satisfaction and retention rates.
