Your responsibilities

  • Active management of existing corporate clients as well as systematic local and global expansion of existing customer relationships in the upper mid-market and large corporate client segment.
  • Acquisition of new customers and their ongoing retention
  • Full responsibility for the results of the client portfolio assigned to you
  • Coordination and management of the global client service teams with the goal of comprehensive marketing of our extensive product range in order to create customer-oriented solutions and thus increase customer satisfaction.
  • Risk assessment (evaluation of the customer's economic and financial situation)
  • Supporting the bank's long-term goals and contributing to the development of the HSBC Group's corporate banking business.
  • Close collaboration with regional and national relationship managers as well as product specialists  in a very dynamic and international environment

Your profile

  • a successfully completed degree in economics and/or a successfully completed banking apprenticeship
  • Several years of professional experience in corporate banking and lending, as well as sound knowledge of banking and/or corporate finance.
  • Experience in assessing creditworthiness, particularly in an international context
  • Experience in the acquisition and implementation of capital market-oriented transactions
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented work style
  • a high level of communication skills towards external and internal stakeholders*
  • very good German and English skills
