About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Relationship Manager, Malaysian Large Corporates to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will manage and deepen relationships with large corporate clients, drive loan and balance sheet growth, ensure strong asset quality, and collaborate with internal partners to deliver holistic banking solutions. You will play a key role in strengthening client loyalty, supporting business expansion, and maintaining the overall health of the corporate portfolio. What you will be doing Manage & service existing relationships for the assigned corporate loan portfolio. Increase depth of relationship and manage customer's needs to achieve an acceptable level of RAROC in line with agreed business plan Develop and acquire new relationships to row Group Corporate Banking's balance sheet and P&L. Timely periodic review of the assigned portfolio to preserve loan quality. Undertake timely assessment on any relevant adverse market news and/or unsatisfactory account conduct, which may affect the credit profile of the borrowers and implement appropriate strategy to alleviate loan losses. Managing the inter-divisional relationship to assist in delivering good customer service and maintain customer loyalty. Deliver excellent service standard and trouble shoots problems & complaints from clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention. "First-to-know" with regards to corporate market development by maintaining regular customer visitation/contacts. Participate in account planning with Client Coverage Team and collaborate with other product partners where appropriate to maximize profitability of client group. What we’re looking for Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate banking or commercial banking within an established financial institution. Preferably a Certified Credit Professional or a candidate who has passed Omega’s Credit Skill Assessment (CSA). Strong marketing, business development, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
