* To provide Portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank and retain their royalty and respect. * Enhance Mashreq Gold Balance sheet sales/ revenues and promote cross selling of bank products to all existing clients. * Source new business from HNW Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts. * Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank Reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual and monthly financial targets, including x-sell and up-sell of products to customers, to existing and new to bank customers.
