Where the team fits in The Senior Relationship Manager works in a cross functional team known as a HIVE which consists of members who manage Specialist Sales, Success and Support. We are looking for someone who can: Re-imagine it Own it Do it with heart Inspire it Do it as a team Keep it real What the role is all about: Manages and maintains relationships with our highest value customers (including ownership groups), ensuring their needs are met. Identify customer needs and growth opportunities, engage and introduce relevant Hive team members to action. Grow revenue through product upgrades and maintain 100% product retention. Drive product and feature usage through quarterly business reviews and connecting customers with Customer Success. Maintain strong relationships with Hive team members across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and Sales Support. Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan with Hive team engagement. Maintain and grow depth of relationship with key customers and execute effective customer engagement programs. Support internal stakeholders by connecting them to customers as required Ensure to drive consistent engagement with customers to REA events What we’re looking for Someone who can build, manage and efficiently convert their own pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce You are curious and a connector Can build relationships quickly You will know the importance of building relationships fast with internal stakeholders as well as customers You will be a team player, no role is more important than the other in the Hive.
