REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management role within the Forex/CFD industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly FX, CFDs, indices, and commodities.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5, cTrader.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client relationship management within the financial markets, particularly in FX, CFDs, and derivatives. You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, and/or active traders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Retain and maintain new clients, including individual and institutional investors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize trading activity and client satisfaction.
  • Identify clients’ needs and provide tailored FX/CFD trading solutions.
  • Conduct regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients to provide market updates, technical insights, and trading opportunities.
  • Work closely with compliance, operations, to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
  • Promote the company’s brand and trading platforms in both local and international markets.
  • Represent the company in expos, seminars, and other industry events.
