Description
Your tasks and responsibilities:Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers and achieve a good understanding of our clients’ needs.
Act as primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives
Lead commercial negotiations and pricing discussions in alignment with company objectives
