You’ll join us as a full time Senior Relationship Manager based in Bundaberg, supporting a diversified commercial portfolio across the region. You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships with customers while helping them grow through smart, sustainable lending solutions. You’ll work closely with product specialists and internal partners, bringing the right expertise to customers when they need it. You’ll spend your time getting to know businesses, understanding their ambitions, and structuring cashflow based lending solutions that help them thrive. You’ll also have the opportunity to acquire new to bank customers and extend your presence across the local business community. What do I need? • Experience managing commercial customer relationships • Knowledge of commercial lending including cashflow lending and credit analysis • Ability to structure lending solutions that support customer needs • Confidence engaging new to bank customers and building referral networks • A collaborative approach and the desire to partner with specialists across the bank Why join us?
