The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of medium to large property connections with an average debt size of between $5M - $50M across both property investment and development, with a particular focus on winning new to bank customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to drive sustainable business growth over time and source new clients through marketing initiatives by establishing and maintaining a quality referral network. You’ll work collaboratively with a network of specialists in areas such as wealth, financial markets, cash flow and transactional banking. What do I need? Experienced relationship manager with strong drive, ambition, and positive energy. Deep interest in property, with confidence in structuring construction and investment finance transactions. Solid commercial lending background, including cashflow lending, credit analysis, and complex deal structuring. Natural people‑person with a proven track record in business development and winning new‑to‑bank customers. Well‑established network of referral partners, supporting ongoing portfolio growth.
